How in the world we are labeling mistakes as stupid? And making strategy underwhelming for founders and leaders.

Stupid Mistakes?
When and how someone decided to label mistakes as stupid and smart?
Mistakes are just that. They are mistakes. Moments that decide to teach us lessons from the real world. Moments when we realize something we thought could be true, is not.
Categorizing mistakes as stupid only holds back people who wish to try new things, learn new skills. Where making mistakes is the only way of learning more, faster, and better.
You can call a person stupid for not learning from their mistakes, for not making mistakes, acting thoughtlessly. But mistakes are not.
There is no stupid mistake. There is only stupid who doesn't learn from the mistakes. #mindset.

Whether it is a personal growth or a professional, successful people have mastered the skill of asking questions. In my coaching conversation, many founders, or their first line of leaders often ask me about strategy. What it is? What it should be?

Three questions,
What is the problem you want to solve right now? Why is this a problem?
How will you solve it?
What comes next?
