Growth Mindset Ideas
Build to Change.
So far I've worked in various industries like IT, Manufacturing, CPG, Logistics, Venture Capital, and Coaching. And one thing that has helped me the most to succeed at each role is the adaptability. I did not plan for it, I wasn't building this skill. When I ask myself this question 'How did it happen?' Reflection always leads to the fact of me being comfortable around the changes.
I've lived in many places during my childhood. Due to the nature of the job my dad held, we were moving almost every three years. Adjusting to a new school, city, neighbors with every move made me comfortable adjusting to the change. Even as an adult I've been always comfortable with the changes. Especially the recent one of moving to an another country after established personal and professional success.
Success is a subjective term. Unique to everyone, and touches many aspects of our lives; personal, social, spiritual, academic, and professional. It is an ongoing pursuit, not definitive by any means. However, mindset of building oneself to change with a changing surroundings is one of the key to success.

Life lessons that you can’t afford to ignore
Skills for Success
While coaching is the reason I discuss this often in the context of individual and a group success, it has been my personal quest to learn from others. One of the question I find myself asking a lot is, 'What are those skills that you think helped you succeed?'
There are no surprises with the list of skills. The list is usually some variation of,
1. Risk taking ability
2. Problem Solving
3. Communication
4. Collaboration
5. Innovation
6. Reading
7. Writing
.…
One skill that does not get implicitly included is the ONE surprising common skill among all the successful people and companies.
Adaptability.
An ability to adjust the, goals, plans, behaviors to expected and unexpected changes.
Successful people are building themselves, with habits, systems, and businesses to change with a changing times. They are not waiting for changes, they are either creating them or leading them. If you are a leader or a founder who are looking to build a successful team or a business, hire people who've navigated constant changes. You've got this!
