Inspired leaders, inspire people

Leaders must be inspired by their people before they inspire people.

Leadership is like parenting. We as parents are proud when we see our kids sharing toys with other kids, caring for someone else, being better humans. Leaders are proud when someone achieve more than they thought they were capable of.

Investing in others growth is leaders job, which can only happen when leaders are inspired by their team.
